Maintain Prefix Number for Organizational Management

You can define prefix number for organizational management by using one of the following navigation method.

SAP IMG Path: – SAP Customizing Implementation guide>> SAP NetWeaver >> Application Server >> Business Management >> SAP Business Workflow >> Basic Settings >> Maintain Prefix Numbers

Transaction code: – OOW4

Step 1: – Enter t-code “OOW4” in the SAP command field and press enter.

Step 2: – Before creating Prefix number, check if the data already created in the SAP CRM system. If not maintained, click on Display and change (Ctrl+F1).

Click on create button to maintain prefix number as per your requirements.

A window opens for detail view of prefix number create, update the following details.

  1. Prefix Number: – Update the three digits prefix number that you want to create.
  2. SAP System ID: – Update system id of your CRM System.
  3. Client Number: – Update the number of CRM Client.
  4. After updating the details, click on save button.

Maintain Prefix Number for Organizational Management

Select Package number and click on save button.
